Wheelie Bin Cleaning

  1. Service Schedule
Bear Cleaning Ltd will provide twelve bin cleans over a twelve-month period, with twelve monthly payments. As bins are emptied on a four-weekly rolling basis, there are a total of thirteen waste collections in a twelve-month period. Therefore, no bin cleaning service will be provided during the Christmas/New Year period. Specific dates will be emailed to you in advance—please check your spam folder for updates.
  2. Local Authority Waste Collection Schedule
Bear Cleaning Ltd will perform the bin cleaning service in accordance with the Local Authority Waste Collection schedule.
  3. Missed Cleans
In the event that Bear Cleaning Ltd is unable to fulfil the scheduled service, we will make one further attempt to clean the bin at a time convenient to Bear Cleaning Ltd. If this cannot be undertaken, we will offer a refund for the missed clean.
  4. Uncleaned Bins Due to Local Authority or Other Issues
If the Local Authority does not empty the bins suitable for cleaning, or the bin cannot be located, Bear Cleaning Ltd will not issue a refund in these circumstances.
  5. Changes to Refuse Collection Schedules
If refuse collections are cancelled or rearranged, Bear Cleaning Ltd will endeavour to accommodate these changes to ensure bins are cleaned in line with the updated cycle. We will contact the customer via email at our earliest convenience, and wherever possible, prior to the scheduled clean.
  6. Customer Reporting of Uncleaned Bins
If a customer believes their bin has not been cleaned, they must contact Bear Cleaning Ltd within 48 hours of the scheduled clean to report the issue. Concerns raised after this time may be more difficult to resolve.
  7. Adverse Weather Conditions
If Bear Cleaning Ltd is unable to complete the scheduled clean due to adverse weather conditions where public safety takes precedence (e.g., heavy snow, ice, severe storms, or other hazardous conditions), we reserve the right not to rearrange or refund the missed clean. These measures ensure the safety of both our team and the public.
  8. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in service suspension and/or interest charges at a rate of 5% per week on outstanding balances.
